THE PROCESS

You onboard. I build. We launch.

Website building is a creative process. This is how mine works, from the first conversation through to the live site, with fixed iteration limits so it actually finishes.

The journey

Five stages. One fixed outcome.

1

Book

Pick a plan or request custom. The window is a 48hr minimum.

2

Onboard

Custom onboarding. It's your single space for assets, goals, and every update.

3

Mockups

Three concept mockups. Colors, components, button feel. Pick one. You get a 24hr Cloudflare view window.

4

Refine

Drive the next build within a capped iteration budget.

5

Launch

Launch day, not design day. Ship day plus metrics handover.

What to expect

Structure as story architecture.

Every phase has fixed inputs, outputs, and timeboxes. No open loops.

01Phase

Setup

The bridge between booking and the first call.

THE BRIDGE

I send you access to the onboarding portal

Walk through the intake at your own pace.

You get: A single custom client portal that holds your goals, references, and every update from here on out.

~20 minutes
FIRST CALL

I review your inputs before we meet

Show up ready to talk goals.

You get: A first call about dreams and direction, not assets.

48hr buffer
02Phase

Direction

Where the direction gets set.

MOCKUPS

I build three quick HTML/Tailwind concept mockups

Review and react when it works for you.

You get: Three visual directions (colors, branding, motion, structure). Pick one that feels like your brand. Shareable live links, so you can text them to friends or post them for real reactions.

Live links you can share. Text them to friends. Post them. Get real reactions.

24hr view window
REFINEMENT ROUND

I take your reactions on the chosen mockup and build the next direction

Comment through the portal or talk with me directly.

You get: Closer-to-final design with visual proof at each step. One consolidated feedback pass per round, capped.

Per iteration budget
03Phase

Delivery

Where things start feeling real.

BUILDING

I build the real site with progress checkpoints

Check the portal for screenshots and updates.

You get: A working site at 90 to 95% complete, with every checkpoint documented.

Build phase
LAUNCH

I schedule and run the launch day

Work alongside me for final touches.

You get: Live site, search indexing, metrics hooked up, full handover.

1 day
Real-time previews

Mockups, not meetings.

Each round is a Cloudflare-hosted preview with a 24-hour window. You look, you react, we move forward.

Three directions posted to your portal. 24hr window to react.

How we keep this honest.

The pricing filters out endless iteration. The process makes sure of it.

Fixed scope, not endless hours

Every package ships with a capped revision budget. Deeper scopes include more rounds. The limit is set up front and held to.

48-hour buffer before we talk

Onboarding comes first. By the time we meet, I already have your goals, references, and ideas. We talk about outcomes.

Launch day, not design day

We don't meet to talk about design. We meet to ship the site, hook up the metrics, and hand over the keys.

You've read the process. The next step is the booking.
