This Privacy Policy explains how RevCliff Dev ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit revcliff.dev or contact us about our web design and automation services.

RevCliff Dev is an online web design and automation studio. We are the controller of the information described below.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, book a call, or send a form, we collect what you provide. This is usually your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), your business name, and the details of your inquiry or project.

Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics, we collect aggregated usage data about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, and device and browser type, through Microsoft Clarity. We do not collect this unless you accept the cookie banner.

What we do not collect. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Payments, where applicable, are handled by our payment processors under a separate agreement.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule calls.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver services, and support you after launch.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve this website.
  • Meet our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Why we are allowed to use it

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on:

  • Consent for analytics cookies and similar tracking. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interests in responding to a request you started and running our business.

  • theme remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode. It is a display preference.
  • cookie_consent remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics.
  • Microsoft Clarity cookies are set only if you accept analytics.

The cookie banner lets you accept or decline. If you decline, the analytics script is not loaded. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which makes the banner appear again. You can also control cookies in your browser settings.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run our business, and only as needed:

  • Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery.
  • Microsoft Clarity for website analytics, only with your consent.
  • Moxie for scheduling, client management, and the client portal.
  • Email providers to send and receive email.

These providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we are working together, and afterward for a reasonable period to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Ask us to stop using it for certain purposes.
  • Withdraw consent for analytics.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
