Terms of Service
Last updated: September 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of revcliff.dev and the information on it. They are written to be read, not to trap you. If anything is unclear, contact us before you rely on it.
1. Agreement
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms apply to the website only. They do not replace a signed proposal or statement of work for an engagement.
2. Services
RevCliff Dev is an online web design and automation studio. We build websites, automation, and related digital work for businesses.
The website describes what we do. Any actual engagement is governed by a signed proposal or statement of work (SOW) agreed between you and us. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
3. Estimates, pricing, and availability
Prices, packages, and timelines shown on this website are informational only and are not a binding offer. They may change without notice.
A price or scope becomes binding only when it is written into a signed proposal or SOW. Availability of any package, slot, or service is not guaranteed until we confirm it in writing.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, code, and branding, belongs to RevCliff Dev or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it without our written permission.
For client work: you own the final deliverables we create for you, as set out in your SOW, once the engagement is fully paid. Third-party assets (stock media, fonts, libraries, or platforms) remain subject to their own licenses and may not transfer to you.
5. Client responsibilities
For any engagement, you agree to:
- Provide accurate content, brand assets, and information in a timely way.
- Provide access needed to deliver the work (accounts, domains, hosting, or platform access).
- Review our work and give clear approvals or feedback within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure you have the rights to any material you give us to use.
Delays in these areas may affect timelines, and we are not responsible for delays caused by them.
6. Payments
Payments, deposits, and milestones are set out in your signed proposal or SOW. That document controls the amounts, timing, and consequences of missed payments. Where no schedule is specified, work begins after a deposit is received and invoices are due on receipt.
7. Disclaimer
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it correct and online, but we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not guarantee any specific result from the marketing information on it.
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, or professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevCliff Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or any engagement.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevCliff Dev from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these Terms, or content and materials you provided to us for an engagement.
10. Third-party links and services
This website may link to or rely on third-party services, including scheduling, client portal, analytics, and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Bandera County, Texas, and both parties consent to venue there.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
